Yes! I love variety! It is best to choose locations within close proximity to one another to allow for plenty of shooting time. Together, we will come up with the best possible locations for your senior session. We want your senior pictures to “fit” you and your style.

My style is fun, relaxed and always focused around they style and interests of the Senior. I love to focus on the natural personality of my client. Every senior is different, and my goal is to capture you and your individual style.

During your consultation, we will talk about your expectations for your senior pictures. I want to hear all about your vision and what type of senior portraits you’ve been dreaming of! I will share with you all of my ideas and guide you through the entire process, helping to create just what you are looking for.  

Absolutely! I love when seniors include props that illustrate their interests and passions! Many seniors bring their musical instruments, sports props or even their favorite books. Anything that represents who you are at this moment of your life—we want to tell your story.

It is always best to book your session as far in advance as possible. I take a limited number of senior sessions each month. I put a tremendous amount of care and perfectionism into providing an exceptional service and the highest quality products.

Karissa Zimmer Photography is not a high-volume studio that photographs hundreds of seniors. I get to know each and every one of my seniors, and taking a limited amount of clients allows me to maintain my standard of service. I want each client to feel like my only client!

I’ll answer any questions you have for me, and we’ll set up a time for you to come to my studio for an in-person consultation.

The purpose of an in-person consultation is to plan all the details of your session to ensure we create the images you will love most. We’ll preview keepsakes and art products to gain a better understanding of your personal style and preferences.

Only the best! I specialize in photographic art for your home and life.  I know it’s hard to imagine now, but you’ll want to be able to show your senior pictures to your children and grandchildren one day! It is my job to make sure your images will withstand the test of time so that you are able to do that. I offer gorgeous tangible keepsakes and wall art such as genuine leather albums, fine art framed prints, folio display boxes and luxury Italian canvas and acrylic printed products.

I understand that we live in the “digital age” and most seniors want to have their pictures on their phones to share with friends. I allow my clients to purchase high-resolution digital files of their complete session when pairing with a tangible product. Matching low-res social media sharing files of purchased print products will be provided at no cost upon your request.

We know that any great product or service should not be cheap. Anything of high quality is an investment—including great portrait photography. I pride myself on offering top-quality heirloom photographic art and only the best products available to professional photographers. 

Your senior photos will represent one of the most memorable times in your whole life. I want to provide you with images and products that you will have to look at and remember this time for the rest of your life.

Custom portrait photography is one of very few investments you can make in something that will truly be around forever—and quite possibly the only one that will allow you to remember something so special, forever. Clients can expect to invest any amount north of $999 on a collection of luxury products such as Italian (acrylic and canvas) wall art, custom fine-art framed prints, heirloom quality albums, keepsake folio boxes and mounted prints.

When you book your session with me, we will also be scheduling your Viewing and Ordering appointment. You will get to see a slideshow of your images from your senior portrait session during your Viewing & Ordering Appointment approximately 2 weeks after your session. I will have you come to my studio where you will see your images for the first time. Your portraits will be viewed on a large TV screen in a slideshow.

Once we have viewed your images, I will help you with all of your final decisions on images and products that I have custom designed just for you. I can even show you what your images will look like right on your own wall! I will take all the stress out of deciding where you’ll display your new wall art by using specialized computer software to show you exactly how your images will look and fit on your walls. Whether you have small spaces or larger ones, every home will have a space to fit your most favorite images on your walls.

This is the most exciting part, so please bring all decision-makers (like your parents) to this appointment!

Because quality is very important to me, expect 4–6 weeks before I deliver your order to you. I promise the wait is worth it! Upon delivery, I will help you hang your art in your specially chosen wall spaces if you wish!
